Engineer by trade. Architect by instinct.
I build the systems other people end up depending on — the loadboards, the ERPs, the CRMs, the marketplaces. The kind of software that quietly moves money, maintain infrastructure, and make decisions across various levels.
My focus is on the seam between infrastructure, product, and AI — turning ambitious ideas into services that actually run on Monday morning.

00 — Success Stories
Real
Outcomes.
Real Scale.
Numbers tell the truth. Below are four engagements where systems I architected moved revenue, eliminated friction, and unlocked entirely new product surfaces.
01 — LoadUp Loadboard
From
Spreadsheet
To SaaS
Replaced a manual freight-matching workflow with a multi-role logistics SaaS — shippers, carriers, brokers and dispatchers, all on one rail.
4×
Faster Dispatch
Auto-matching cut load assignment from hours of phone calls to under 90 seconds.
$0
Payment Disputes
Stripe Escrow released funds only on signed POD — broker chargebacks went to zero.
99.9%
GPS Uptime
Real-time route tracking on every active load — shippers never had to ask “where’s my truck?”.
One platform. Four roles. Money in motion the moment freight moves.
02 — Highrise ERP
One
Source
Of Truth
Replaced six disconnected tools with one ERP covering leasing, accounting, maintenance and tenant lifecycle for a real-estate operator running 1,200+ units.
68%
Less Admin Time
Operators reclaimed two-thirds of their week from copy-paste between systems.
1,200+
Units Managed
Lease, billing and maintenance tracked end-to-end across the full portfolio.
T+0
Reporting Lag
Live dashboards replaced month-end reconciliation. Decisions in minutes, not weeks.
03 — Brokerage CRM
Listings
On
Autopilot
Laravel + Filament back office that pipes Property Finder + Bayut feeds straight into broker pipelines, fully RERA-compliant — built for a UAE brokerage scaling past 30 agents.
3.2×
Listing Velocity
From 6-hour manual uploads to 90-second one-click syndication across portals.
100%
RERA Compliant
Title deed, permit and ID validation enforced at the data layer — zero rejections.
30+
Agents Onboarded
Role-scoped dashboards for brokers, managers, finance and admin in a single tenant.
Compliance becomes a side effect of good architecture — not a checklist.
04 — Sudan Exports
Security
First.
Always.
A cross-border export marketplace where PII and payment data are protected by design — not by an afterthought audit.
0
Breaches
Field-level encryption + scoped IAM. Pen-tested before launch and after every release.
12
Countries Live
Localized currency, language and customs flows from day one of public launch.
A+
Mozilla Observatory
Top-tier headers, CSP, HSTS — security posture verified by independent tooling.
Got a system that needs to scale, ship, or finally make money? Let’s talk.
